Organisational Climate is one of the key criteria that determines Organisational Commitment of an employee. The book attempts to find out the organisational climate of Teacher Educators of the Self-Financing Scheme of Teacher Edcation Institutes. The book employs mixed methodology research deign based on sequential Explanatory Design. Such a design suggests collection and analysis of quantitative data followed by collection and analysis of qualitative data. The basic purpose of such a design is to explain and interpret the quantitative results with the assistance of qualitative results.
