AEC & its role in HRD

Description

The book is an account of Army Educational Corps’s contribution in developing the large human resource of Indian Army. The book comprises seven chapters prefixed with brief preface and suffixed with exhaustive appendices & annexures. First chapter is the introductory one having four sub sections illustrating an overview of army and AEC. Second and third chapters of the book deal with role of AEC and its resource persons. Fourth chapter is the pivot of the book giving detailed account of areas and fields AEC undertakes for developing human resource of the army. The fifth chapter of the book vividly describes AEC Trg College and Centre at Pachmarhi(MP).In the sixth chapter, Command,Corps, Division and Brigade level HRD centres of AEC and their multifarious activities for developing the army personnel have been elaborated. The crux that is outcome and suggestions has been concluded in the last and seventh chapter of the book.
