Guidelines for Research Journal Submissions

For Contributors to VLMS Publications Group’s Peer-Reviewed Journals

VLMS Publications Group invites original and unpublished research papers for its multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journals. The following guidelines must be followed strictly to maintain academic integrity, publication quality, and a smooth editorial process.

1. Scope and Eligibility

Submissions must be original and unpublished works not under review elsewhere.
Research papers should be within the scope of the journal, including but not limited to:
- Education
- Social Sciences
- Humanities and Literature
- Management and Commerce
- Science and Technology
- Cultural Studies and Regional Studies
- Law
- Economics
- Allied
Empirical, theoretical, and review-based studies are all welcome. Interdisciplinary papers are encouraged.

2. Manuscript Submission Format

File type: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
Font:
- English: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Hindi or Indian Languages: Unicode-supported font (e.g., Mangal)
Line spacing: 1
Alignment: Justified
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Word limit: 2,000–6,000 words (including references and appendices)

3. Manuscript Structure

Each paper must be organized as follows:

Title of the Paper
Author(s) Full Name(s), Designation, Institution, and Email ID
Abstract (150–250 words)
Keywords (4–6)
Introduction
Objectives / Research Questions
Methodology
Results / Findings
Discussion / Analysis
Conclusion & Recommendations
References / Bibliography (APA style)
Citations: Footnotes
Appendices (if applicable)
Declaration of Originality

4. Referencing and Citation Style

APA 7th Edition is the preferred citation style.
Proper in-text citations and complete references are mandatory.
Plagiarism (above 10%) will result in automatic rejection. Authors must submit the plagiarism report (from Turnitin, Urkund, or similar tools).

5. Peer Review Process

All submitted papers undergo a double-blind peer review
The initial editorial screening is followed by reviews by subject experts.
Reviewers assess: originality, relevance, structure, depth of research, and clarity.
Authors may be asked for revisions. Final acceptance is based on review compliance.

6. Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

Authors must declare any conflict of interest.
All contributors must be listed as authors. Ghostwriting or honorary authorship is not accepted.
Ethical approval must be mentioned (for studies involving human subjects or sensitive data).

7. Submission Procedure

8. Publication Fee

VLMS Publications maintains a transparent and affordable publication fee model, only applicable after acceptance. Details will be shared post-review.
No fee is charged at the time of submission.

9. Post-Publication

Authors receive a certificate of publication, hard copy of the journal, and online link (if applicable).
Reprints are available upon request at additional cost.
